Here are the most frequently asked questions;

What should I wear?

We suggest that you wear a bathrobe and the slippers you will find in your room.
In case you are not staying, you must bring a hat, swimsuit/bikini and flip-flops.
Bathing suits are mandatory. They can be purchased at the Spa reception at the price of 16,50 €.
It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap at the SPA (on sale for 2€).
For the treatments, you will be provided with the necessary material (disposables and towels) in the cabin.
Our masseuses are highly professionally trained and will ensure your comfort level at all times.

Valuables

We recommend that you leave your personal valuables in the safe in your room, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of items within the Spa Center.

Special Health Conditions

If you have health problems or if you are pregnant, please be sure to notify our staff at the time of booking your treatment. Some treatments may not be appropriate.

Arriving late

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
Arriving late, unfortunately, will limit the time allotted for your treatment, diminish its effectiveness and most importantly, your pleasure and enjoyment.
As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are performed at the scheduled time.
The charge for services will always be applied in full.

Cancellation

Please let us know as soon as possible or at least 24 hours in case you need to change or cancel your appointment.

We accept all major credit cards and cash.
As a guest of the Gran Claustre Boutique Hotel, your spa services will be charged to your hotel room if you wish.
